A Note From Ryan,

Welcome to the 40 Day Sadhana!  Over the next 40 days my team and I will share with you the ancient art and science of yoga.  There will be hundreds of yogis from around the world joining us!  

“The winds of Grace are always blowing, it is for us to raise our sails.” —Ramakrishna

All I ask of you is that you commit to something positive over the 40 days.  For example It could be one pose a day or 3 deep breaths a day, or one minute of sitting!  It could also have nothing to do with poses!  Maybe you want to give up smoking or sleeping in or something else for 40 days.  Everyone’s sadhana might look a little different! 

Yoga and it’s daily practice has the capacity to transform us back into ourselves!

Sharon Gannon says: “Yoga is your natural state. What you can do are yoga exercises, which may reveal to you where you are resisting your natural state.”

Correct yoga practice helps bring us from confusion to clarity, from extremes to balance and tolerance, helps make what was impossible, possible.  I pray you can stay committed to this path for the next 40 days...
