The workbook has space for you to write out your daily work!
Day 1, I shared "NOW" the discipline of yoga.
Basically we are asking you to commit to a daily practice. Even if you do one pose a day it is considered a daily practice. We are hopeful you will also meditate at least 1 minute a day.
