Hi friends,
Thank you for joining this week of mindfully celebrating our resilience AND cultivating even more! The audio meditation available for you each day is designed to help you better understand yourself and the way you show up in this world. The practices build upon one another in a gentle, thoughtful way - yet there is no one 'right' way to practice. You can choose to listen to the same meditation every day this week if your intuition knows it would be most helpful, transformative or caring for the challenges you are facing.
Listen, breathe, enjoy the meditations in an environment where you can truly listen within: out in nature, lying down at home, driving to the grocery store!
I can't wait to connect on Sunday Nov 14th at 8am, where we bring it all together for a group practice, lecture and sharing.

Today's Practice - You are allowed to gift yourself this time for simple relaxation. We rest so that we may recalibrate all the ways the world wears us down, physically and mentally. Never doubt how healing and productive it can be to pause in this easeful way. You are allowed to receive the rest that awaits you.
